Material is loaded into the 25 L SUS304 jacketed tank; the pot lid lowers and seals; the vacuum pump pulls the chamber to ≤−0.098 MPa. Three independent drives operate simultaneously:(1) planetary revolution motor(4 kW, 0–35 rpm) carrying dual SUS304 paddles and a Teflon scraper that sweeps the tank wall;(2) paddle self-rotation(0–58 rpm) providing kneading and shear;(3) disperser motor(2.2 kW, 0–1450 rpm, discΦ80 mm, tip speed 0–16 m/s) for high-shear dispersion. The combination of revolution, rotation, and dispersion with no dead zones ensures complete mixing.
