Funcionamiento
Shrink film is wrapped around the product and the conveyor carries it through a heated shrink tunnel (1500×450×250 mm). Circular metal heaters and circulating fans (2×750 W) heat the tunnel to the set temperature (110–180°C depending on film type). A solid-state voltage regulator and intelligent temperature controller maintain stable tunnel temperature. The film tightly shrinks around the product contour. Conveyor speed (0–12 m/min) is adjusted to balance dwell time against film grade and product requirements.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Keep machine body clean; keep electrical compartment dry and well-ventilated. Switch off and disconnect power before any servicing. Check that fasteners on all moving parts are tight every day before starting. Switch off the power if the machine will be idle for an extended period. After packaging is finished, turn off the heating switch first and allow conveyor and fan motors to run for about 10 minutes before switching off the power completely — this extends machine service life.
