SED-30LZH-T integrated blister-and-cartoning production line that combines a blister packaging machine with a fully-automatic vertical cartoner. Stations include PVC unwinding, preheat, blister forming, forming detection
Funcionamiento
PVC sheet is unwound, preheated between heating plates, then positive-pressure formed in the blister mold. Formed blisters are inspected and pulled by servo + ball-screw traction; punching cuts the blisters; scrap is rolled away. A transfer manipulator moves the punched panels onto the cartoner intermediate belt. Cartons are stored in a magazine, separated by friction wheels, sucked open by vacuum-driven cups timed via a cylindrical cam, and held in pockets. Eccentric mechanisms unfold the small flaps; vials are fed via a chain-belt magazine driven by a swinging-arm servo manipulator and loaded with a four-axis robot using vacuum suction; vision inspection checks for missing vials/caps; the leaflet is folded, vacuum-picked and placed in the carton; second small-flap tuck and big-flap closing finish the carton; cartons are output, with rejects auto-removed downstream.
