Funcionamiento
Silicone compound is masticated on the 9-inch open mill, then conveyed by the automatic feeder via twin chrome-plated water-cooled rollers (O200 mm) into the 65-screw extruder. A servo-driven nitrided 65 mm screw (1:12 L/D ratio) extrudes material through a die. Tubing or profiles then pass through a 10 m stainless-steel vulcanization oven (up to 400 C, 6 heating zones) for vulcanization, then through a 700 mm horizontal high-temperature setting oven (up to 700 C). The chiller circulates cooling water through the screw and barrel jacket. Optional automatic cutter SED-100GQG-H cuts cured tubing to length.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Silicone compound is masticated on the 9-inch open mill, then conveyed by the automatic feeder via twin chrome-plated water-cooled rollers (O200 mm) into the 65-screw extruder.
2A servo-driven nitrided 65 mm screw (1:12 L/D ratio) extrudes material through a die.
3Tubing or profiles then pass through a 10 m stainless-steel vulcanization oven (up to 400 C, 6 heating zones) for vulcanization, then through a 700 mm horizontal high-temperature setting oven (up to 700 C).
4The chiller circulates cooling water through the screw and barrel jacket.
5Optional automatic cutter SED-100GQG-H cuts cured tubing to length.
