Funcionamiento
Five-effect falling-film distillation: industrial steam enters Effect I and heats pre-treated feed water, vaporising pure steam; pure steam from Effect I serves as the heat source for Effect II, cascading through Effects III–V. Each effect operates at successively lower pressure and temperature, maximising energy recovery (>20% steam savings). Distillate is condensed in a high-temperature condenser then a low-temperature condenser. A conductivity sensor (CCT8301A, 316L) continuously monitors the distillate outlet; off-spec water is automatically diverted. Xianko PLC + 7-inch touchscreen provides full-automatic unattended operation with alarms for low/high water level, low/medium/high pressure.
Proceso de funcionamiento
