SED-300SZ5-A — Closed Granulation Production Line

Raw material is sucked into the SED-300SZ5-A by the first vortex vacuum feeder. Dry mixing then binder addition produces a damp mass; the explosion-proof cutter forms wet granules. Wet granules discharge to the SED-300SZ-A wet mill for size reduction, then to the SED-100GF-A fluid bed where HEPA-filtered (EU7+EU9+EU13) electrically heated air fluidises the bed under negative pressure to dry. After drying the trolley is removed and a second vacuum feeder conveys granules to the SED-300SZ-A dry multi-mill for final sizing. Product is then sieved in the SED-800SF-A and post-blended in the SED-300SJB-A bin blender via 300 L IBC.
