Funcionamiento
Powder raw material and adhesive are fully mixed at the bottom of the 300 L horizontal cylinder forming a humid soft mass; the 5.5 kW cutter crushes it at high speed into uniform granules. Granules are transferred via steel-wire hose to the SED-120GF4-A fluid bed dryer where HEPA-filtered steam-heated air fluidises the bed and evaporates moisture. The SED-400TSZL-A bowl lifter then tips the drying trolley, mills through sieved cutter, and transfers granules to the SED-150GB-A coater for film/sugar/dropping/slow-release coating inside a sealed negative-pressure drum.
Proceso de funcionamiento
