Funcionamiento

Tablets enter the deduster from a tablet press output chute. They flow onto a vibrating-rotating sieve assembly: an upper sieve tumbles tablets in a spiral path; an outer cover and lower sieve below separate dust through fine mesh. A vacuum cleaner connected at ports 11/12 draws loose powder out through the lower sieve into the dust collection container. Tablets travel along the spiral baffle and exit clean from the upper output, while dust exits the lower port. Vibration frequency is set via a knob (variable resistor on oscillator coil) for throughput tuning.

Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento

DO NOT wash the entire machine with water. Loosen top compression nut, remove cover (2), upper sieve (3), outer shell (4), rubber ring (5), lower sieve (6); then pull rod (7), tray (8), dustpan (9), and corrugated plate (10). Clean each part separately with brushes and dry compressed air. Reassembly: align lower sieve outlet with dustpan opening; offset upper sieve bottom outlet 10 mm counterclockwise from lower sieve baffle; leave gap between cover inlet and upper sieve top opening; tighten top compression nut to prevent excessive noise. Parts below tray should not be disassembled unless noise or throughput issues occur.
