Funcionamiento
Powder is mixed with water in 5000 L double-layer mixing tanks via 10 T platform double-pump powder/liquid mixer; centrifugal pump feeds the 3 T/30 MPa homogenizer (homogenizing temp 65 degC); homogenized material enters tubular sterilizer (TG-PUT-3T, 316L inner / 304 outer tubes) where steam (0.4-0.5 MPa, 250 kg/h) heats it to 95 degC; balance pot + 100 L holding loop provides 300 s residence; output cools through brazed plate exchanger to 43 degC inoculation temperature, then transfers to 2000 L ageing tanks; full-automatic 500 L three-tank (acid/caustic/hot water) CIP system cleans all wetted equipment.
