Funcionamiento
Ambient air is filtered (8 m² polyester non-woven filter), blown by the supply fan (4-72 5A, 15 kW VFD, 2900 rpm, 7728-15455 m³/h, 3187-2019 Pa) through a gas-fired 800,000 kcal hot-air furnace (carbon steel) and delivered through a hot-air distributor at the tower top. Material is pumped from a screw feed pump (304 SS, 2.2 kW VFD) into a high-speed centrifugal atomiser at the tower top; the atomiser breaks the slurry into fine droplets that exchange heat with the hot air, evaporating moisture in 5-8 seconds. Most of the dry product falls to the tower bottom and is discharged via a 5 L air-lock unloader (0.75 kW). Fines are captured by two stages of cyclone separators (XF-950 mm + XF-750 mm, 304 SS 2 mm) and a wet scrubber (Φ1500 mm 304 SS with PP pall rings), and exhaust is pulled by an induced-draft fan (9-26 5.6A, 30 kW VFD, 7766-9500 m³/h, 7218-6527 Pa). The whole system runs under slight negative pressure. Six SK-60 cast-aluminium pneumatic hammers on the tower cone dislodge wall buildup so product does not over-bake.
