SED-300JLJ-C Automatic Vial Leakage Detection Machine. Inspects vials for liquid leakage, pinholes and cracks. Scope: 1-20 ml vial (diameter <22 mm); capacity 300 bottles/min at 2 ml vial; power 2.4 kW, 380V/50Hz; weight
Funcionamiento
High-frequency high-voltage detection: V is the HF/HV power supply connected between transmit and receive electrodes. C1/C2 are the electrode-to-bottle-wall capacitances (electrode does not contact the liquid; the bottle wall acts as dielectric). R is the liquid resistance. An intact bottle generates small inductive micro-current I1; a leaking bottle loses the insulating capacitance, generating larger current I2. Comparing the micro-current determines whether the bottle is leaking. After twin-screw infeed, the flip mechanism rotates each bottle from vertical to horizontal; four cross-positioned detection stations cover bottle head, upper body, lower body and tail for full coverage; after detection the bottle is flipped back to vertical and sorted by the outfeed starwheel into qualified or rejection channels.
