Funcionamiento
Pre-heater raises raw water (purified water) temperature; the heated water enters the evaporator where industrial steam on the shell side vaporizes it; vapor is separated and routed through a buffer tank for stable output as pure (clean) steam; a sample condenser cools an aliquot of pure steam for in-line conductivity, temperature and pressure verification. Honeywell proportional valve maintains a constant inlet steam pressure; pneumatic angle-seat valves on outlet, sample, cooling-water and concentrated-water lines are coordinated by the Siemens PLC.
Proceso de funcionamiento
