Funcionamiento
Bottles enter via air conveyor and are gripped at the neck (without contacting the threaded mouth area) then inverted 180° by spring-loaded rinse clamps for high-efficiency internal rinsing. Rinsed bottles transfer through steel star wheels into 12 pressure-type constant-level filling valves. After filling, aluminum foil is placed on each bottle mouth and heat-shrunk by the foil sealer. Sealed bottles pass through a star-wheel transition to the capping station where 5 magnetic constant-torque capping heads apply and tighten caps without damaging them—the head slips when the preset magnetic torque is exceeded. Capped bottles then pass through the light-inspection box (manual visual check under 2 lamps) and the laser coder for date/lot marking. Overall machine speed is controlled via variable-frequency drive.
Proceso de funcionamiento
