SED-2S-H — Capsule/Tablet Counting Bottling Line - Fully Automatic Electronic Counting Machine

Tablets/capsules/pills feed from the storage hopper to the material turntable, then onto the vibrating plate where amplitude-modulated vibration sends pieces in single file through the counting box. Keyence optical-fiber sensing heads count each piece by infrared beam break. PLC tracks count per channel; when the preset bottle quantity is reached the discharge gate opens and pieces drop into the bottle on the conveyor below. A bottle width adjuster guides bottles; a conveyor up-down adjuster sets fill height; an Omron fiber probe detects bottle presence (no-bottle-no-fill).
