Funcionamiento
Rubber stoppers enter the washing drum via a vacuum suction system. Ultrasonic cleaning combined with central high-pressure spray removes contaminants; in-line sampling validates cleaning. Pure steam is injected for sterilization at 133°C. Vacuum + hot-air circulating drying follows. Vacuum + fresh-air exchange achieves cooling. The elephant-nose mechanism discharges stoppers. The entire process is controlled by a Siemens S7 PLC with temperature and pressure sensors monitoring in real time; a Proface touchscreen provides the HMI; all process data can be printed.
