SED-260GZ-K — Granulador por vía seca

Powder enters the vertical feed hopper and is delivered downward by a feed-screw to the horizontal screw feeder, which forces it between two counter-rotating compaction rollers (Ø260 × 200 mm) under up to 80 t hydraulic pressure. The powder is densified into a continuous sheet/strip. The sheet drops into the breaker, which reduces it to irregular granules. The granules fall into the granulator/mill, which sizes them to the target mesh (50-100 mesh standard, screen interchangeable). All four steps — pre-compress, sheet-form, break, granulate — complete in one continuous pass from the feed hopper.
