Funcionamiento
Fresh air drawn through G4+F8+H13 HEPA filtration is heated by an electric heater (or steam, or hybrid) and enters the drying tower top via a rotary-cutting hot-air distributor that swirls the hot stream into a turbulent ring. Liquid feed pumped by a peristaltic pump is atomised at the chamber top by a high-speed centrifugal atomiser (up to 3,000 rpm) or a two-fluid spray gun. Co-current droplet/hot-air contact evaporates moisture in seconds. Powder drops through the tower cone and a 316L cyclone into a 316L receiver; fines are caught by a 316L bag filter; clean tail-gas is exhausted by a 3 kW fan. Two SX-series rappers de-cake the cone. For closed-loop operation, exhaust is condensed to recover solvent, dried, and recirculated under N₂.
