Funcionamiento
Empty hard gelatin/HPMC capsules are loaded automatically and fed to the 18-hole die assembly. A vacuum mechanism splits cap and body. The body row is conveyed under powder (or pellet) filling stations — the dosing disk picks fixed-volume powder columns and presses them into the body. The closing station joins cap to body and the finished capsules are ejected; defective capsules are vacuum-rejected and the die holes are cleaned by the dust collector for the next cycle. The underslung cam + atomising oil pump and PLC + variable-frequency main drive coordinate all stations.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Clean all product-contact parts before use and regularly during production. Wipe greasy dirt from drive parts frequently. Open and clean the vacuum-system filter periodically. Use atomising oil pump to keep cams lubricated; lubricate cam rollers with grease weekly; drip-lubricate joint bearings; check chain and reducer oil weekly/monthly. Replace lubrication oil per maintenance schedule.
