Funcionamiento
The speed reducer drives the V-shaped cylinder in rotation. The asymmetric two-arm geometry creates differential potential energy as material is repeatedly split, recombined, and sheared during rotation, producing transverse and radial flow. Per revolution, approximately 25% of the material transfers from one arm to the other, achieving very uniform mixing. The closed butterfly valve at the discharge prevents dust escape.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Pre-shift: wipe outer surface with clean damp cloth; open machine and wipe inside; clean hopper with cloth and 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside and outside; sanitize hopper with 75% industrial alcohol. Do not use machine when power-related safety covers are removed. Lubricate per maintenance schedule.
