SED-20RZ-A vacuum emulsifying mixer combining an upper homogenizer, a bidirectional frame stirrer and a middle-blade paddle to deliver a glossy, ductile, exquisitely-mixed product. Vacuum pump removes air from the batch.

Funcionamiento
Material is loaded into the vacuum jacketed pot. With the lid sealed, the vacuum pump evacuates the headspace and the upper homogenizer (laser-cut stator/rotor at up to 2800 rpm) shears liquid through fine clearances to disperse the disperse phase. Simultaneously, a slow bidirectional frame stirrer with PTFE scrapers wipes the wall and bottom while a middle paddle promotes bulk circulation, eliminating dead zones. The vacuum keeps the product air-free for a glossy, exquisite, ductile final mix. Heating (electric or steam) maintains process temperature 0–199°C via the dual-shell jacket; the batch can be discharged either by tilting the pot or via the bottom valve.
Proceso de funcionamiento
