SED-20RZ-A — 20L Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer

Material is loaded into the vacuum jacketed pot. With the lid sealed, the vacuum pump evacuates the headspace and the upper homogenizer(laser-cut stator/rotor at up to 2800 rpm) shears liquid through fine clearances to disperse the disperse phase. Simultaneously, a slow bidirectional frame stirrer with PTFE scrapers wipes the wall and bottom while a middle paddle promotes bulk circulation, eliminating dead zones. The vacuum keeps the product air-free for a glossy, exquisite, ductile final mix. Heating(electric or steam) maintains process temperature 0–199°C via the dual-shell jacket; the batch can be discharged either by tilting the pot or via the bottom valve.
