Funcionamiento
Pre-filled syringes are conveyed via cam-driven double star-wheel infeed that synchronizes syringe and plunger-rod feeding to maintain one-to-one pairing. Four servo torque motors individually drive twist wheels that insert and torque the plunger rod with programmable forward/reverse and torque values. A Yaskawa 750 W servo label-feed motor drives the diamond-grit roller label web at up to 80 m/min. UV fluorescent eye detects missing labels, and a star-wheel positive-pressure reject mechanism removes defective units. Siemens PLC + HMI orchestrate all motion, vision and rejection sequences.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Pre-filled syringes are conveyed via cam-driven double star-wheel infeed that synchronizes syringe and plunger-rod feeding to maintain one-to-one pairing.
2Four servo torque motors individually drive twist wheels that insert and torque the plunger rod with programmable forward/reverse and torque values.
