Funcionamiento
Eight-station rotary premade-bag platform supporting both powder (via auger/screw filler) and granular (via 14-head combination weigher) inputs. A Z-type bucket elevator with vibration feeder feeds the 14-head weigher on a stainless platform; powder lines use a screw conveyor + auger filler. Stations: 1) bag pick from magazine; 2) date printing; 3) bag opening (vacuum suction cups); 4) filling; 5) vibration + exhaust + nitrogen flush; 6) heat seal; 7) output (chute transfer). Variable-frequency drive adjusts line speed. Automatic detection: no bag/no product → no seal; overload alarm; low air pressure alarm. Frequency conversion for speed adjustment.
Proceso de funcionamiento
