SED-200KGD1-H rotary premade-bag packaging line for powder and granular products (e.g. pepper sauce, tobacco). Eight-station main host (bag width 100–200 mm, length 100–300 mm, speed 20–55 bags/min, 2.1 kW) bundled with:
مبدأ العمل
Eight-station rotary premade-bag platform supporting both powder(via auger/screw filler) and granular(via 14-head combination weigher) inputs. A Z-type bucket elevator with vibration feeder feeds the 14-head weigher on a stainless platform; powder lines use a screw conveyor + auger filler. Stations: 1) bag pick from magazine; 2) date printing; 3) bag opening(vacuum suction cups); 4) filling; 5) vibration + exhaust + nitrogen flush; 6) heat seal; 7) output(chute transfer). Variable-frequency drive adjusts line speed. Automatic detection: no bag/no product→ no seal; overload alarm; low air pressure alarm. Frequency conversion for speed adjustment.
