Funcionamiento
Z-type bucket elevator vertically conveys product to a 10-head combination weigher mounted on a 304 stainless steel platform; the weigher computes the optimal bucket combination to hit target weight, then drops the dose into the eight-station rotary give-bag main machine. Stations: 1) bag-pick from magazine, 2) coding/zipper opening, 3) bag-opening (vacuum), 4) primary fill, 5) secondary fill/vacuum/nitrogen flush, 6) heat seal, 7) zipper close, 8) shaping and discharge. Detection logic skips fill if no bag or bag fails to open, and skips heat-seal if there is no product. Alarms trip on low air pressure, heater fault, or overload. Variable-frequency drive sets line speed; PLC + HMI controls everything.
