Funcionamiento
Tablets travel complex trajectories in the clean sealed rotating drum (baffle-type impeller), tumbling smoothly and frequently. Coating medium is automatically sprayed via peristaltic pump and Iwata WA-101 guns (4 guns, equal flow and atomisation). Simultaneously, air is drawn in by centrifugal fan → primary/medium/high-efficiency three-stage filtration (100,000-class) → heat exchanger (steam or 28 kW electric heating) → blown into the drum, exiting through bottom mesh holes. Negative pressure is controlled by exhaust volume (vibrating-bag dust collector, 99% dust efficiency).
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Tablets travel complex trajectories in the clean sealed rotating drum (baffle-type impeller), tumbling smoothly and frequently.
2Coating medium is automatically sprayed via peristaltic pump and Iwata WA-101 guns (4 guns, equal flow and atomisation).
3Simultaneously, air is drawn in by centrifugal fan → primary/medium/high-efficiency three-stage filtration (100,000-class) → heat exchanger (steam or 28 kW electric heating) → blown into the drum, exiting through bottom mesh holes.
4Negative pressure is controlled by exhaust volume (vibrating-bag dust collector, 99% dust efficiency).
