Tablets travel complex trajectories in the clean sealed rotating drum(baffle-type impeller), tumbling smoothly and frequently. Coating medium is automatically sprayed via peristaltic pump and Iwata WA-101 guns(4 guns, equal flow and atomisation). Simultaneously, air is drawn in by centrifugal fan→ primary/medium/high-efficiency three-stage filtration(100,000-class) → heat exchanger(steam or 28 kW electric heating) → blown into the drum, exiting through bottom mesh holes. Negative pressure is controlled by exhaust volume(vibrating-bag dust collector, 99% dust efficiency).
