Funcionamiento
Tipping electric-jacket cooker (18 kW) boils syrup at controlled temperature (auto temperature control) → cooling table (2000×1000 mm) with circulating cool water cools the candy mass → batch roller (four tapered rollers, 60-80 kg/batch) keeps mass at suitable temperature and shapes it → rope sizer (≤25 m/min) gradually fine-draws the cone (φ40-50) into uniform rope → lollipop die-forming machine (150 kg/h) stamps lollipops with consistent shape and weight → cooling machine (2500×500×600 mm) screens out fragments and cools candy to consistency → ball-lollipop bunch wrapping machine (PLC, auto-feeding, max 200 pcs/min) wraps with flat-top, twisted-bottom pack.
