Tipping electric-jacket cooker(18 kW) boils syrup at controlled temperature(auto temperature control) → cooling table(2000×1000 mm) with circulating cool water cools the candy mass→ batch roller(four tapered rollers, 60-80 kg/batch) keeps mass at suitable temperature and shapes it→ rope sizer(≤25 m/min) gradually fine-draws the cone(φ40-50) into uniform rope→ lollipop die-forming machine(150 kg/h) stamps lollipops with consistent shape and weight→ cooling machine(2500×500×600 mm) screens out fragments and cools candy to consistency→ ball-lollipop bunch wrapping machine(PLC, auto-feeding, max 200 pcs/min) wraps with flat-top, twisted-bottom pack.
