Funcionamiento
Three-pot vacuum emulsification: oil and water phases are pre-mixed/heated in dedicated pots (with stirring), then drawn into the vacuum-equipped main pot via −0.09 MPa vacuum suction. Inside the main pot, a top-mounted high-shear homogenizer (0–2950 rpm) breaks the dispersed phase into fine droplets, while a counter-rotating slow scraper (0–65 rpm) sweeps the wall and gently mixes the bulk for uniform heat transfer. Three-layer jacketed wall provides electric heating or chilled-water cooling. Discharge by positive pressure or external pump.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Three-pot vacuum emulsification: oil and water phases are pre-mixed/heated in dedicated pots (with stirring), then drawn into the vacuum-equipped main pot via −0.09 MPa vacuum suction.
