Funcionamiento
Goods enter the wrapping machine on the conveyor line; a photoelectric sensor detects the goods height and stops the rollers at the correct position. The turntable rotates at variable frequency (0–8 rpm), winding LLDPE stretch film (pre-stretched to 300%) from the bottom up. The film carriage rises and falls on a high-strength belt-traction lifting mechanism according to programmable top/bottom lap counts (1–9 each). After completing the set number of wrapping passes, the pneumatic auto film-load/cut/smooth system seals the film tail. The conveyor then transfers the wrapped pallet out, ready for the next cycle.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Perform break-in maintenance after first week of operation. Regularly check all fastening screws. Lubricate turntable drive chain with grease every three months (remove 6 turntable screws to access). Lubricate the 8 base rollers every three months; replace if worn. Lubricate the column chain every three months (open column door to access). Lubricate film-carriage slides monthly (apply until just before dripping).
