Wind-speed sensor (WD400, 0-2 m/s), measured at 15 cm below membrane: 0.45 m/s +-20%. Three differential pressure sensors: HEPA 0-500 Pa, F8 0-250 Pa, G4 0-125 Pa. Schneider buzzer for HEPA-clog alarm. Delixi dust-proof outlets (220V, IP65). ISO Class 5 / GMP Class A @ 0.5 um cleanliness, microbial limit <=1 colony/plate/4h. Net weight ~280 kg, noise 75 dB.
