Three-stage filtration: G4 primary(synthetic non-woven, 70%@ 0.5 um), F8 medium(synthetic fiber pocket, 90%@ 0.5 um), and H14 liquid-bath HEPA(Aifeitai, 99.995%@ 0.3 um, DOP-tested per latest GMP). 200-mesh polymer airflow distribution membrane(Suzhou Jiajie). Two 0.85 kW Shanghai Yingda centrifugal fans(3200-4600 m3/h, total pressure 400-270 Pa). 10% air exhausted via top vent through H14 HEPA to maintain interior negative pressure and prevent cross-contamination between APIs. Stainless-steel laser-perforated workbench(8 mm holes, 1.5 mm SS). Acrylic sliding doors(8 mm glass), 8 x Philips T5 9.6 W LED lights(~400 lux). Xinjie PLC + Sinee 2.2 kW VFD(A90-4T9R4B) + Siemens TG765-MT touch screen. Auto airflow regulation, pressure-difference display, real-time wind-speed monitoring, wind-speed range alarm, filter-clogging alarm, 3-level user authority. Wind-speed sensor(WD400, 0-2 m/s), measured at 15 cm below membrane: 0.45 m/s +-20%. Three differential pressure sensors: HEPA 0-500 Pa, F8 0-250 Pa, G4 0-125 Pa. Schneider buzzer for HEPA-clog alarm. Delixi dust-proof outlets(220V, IP65). ISO Class 5 / GMP Class A@ 0.5 um cleanliness, microbial limit <=1 colony/plate/4h. Net weight~280 kg, noise 75 dB. Rated supply airflow 2799-4665 m3/h(exhaust 700 m3/h, adjustable).
