SED-1ZSJ-T — Vacuum Feeder

Compressed air enters the self-developed vacuum generator and simultaneously the discharge door of the hopper closes under pneumatic cylinder actuation, creating a vacuum in the stainless steel hopper. Material is drawn through a φ32 mm food-grade suction hose (3 m) and suction gun into the vacuum hopper. After the adjustable loading time elapses, compressed air shuts off; the discharge door opens and material falls into the receiving equipment. Simultaneously, stored compressed air performs a backblow on the titanium filter to self-clean it. The cycle then repeats automatically, enabling continuous material feed. For level-controlled applications, a level sensor in the receiving hopper triggers automatic start/stop.
