The SED-1ZSJ-T Pneumatic Vacuum Feeder uses compressed air to drive a self-developed vacuum generator that conveys powders and granules from source containers to the hopper of downstream equipment such as capsule fillers
مبدأ العمل
Compressed air enters the self-developed vacuum generator and simultaneously the discharge door of the hopper closes under pneumatic cylinder actuation, creating a vacuum in the stainless steel hopper. Material is drawn through aφ32 mm food-grade suction hose(3 m) and suction gun into the vacuum hopper. After the adjustable loading time elapses, compressed air shuts off; the discharge door opens and material falls into the receiving equipment. Simultaneously, stored compressed air performs a backblow on the titanium filter to self-clean it. The cycle then repeats automatically, enabling continuous material feed. For level-controlled applications, a level sensor in the receiving hopper triggers automatic start/stop.

1. Filter cleaning: Blow off dust from the filter rod surface with compressed air. Flush with hot water not exceeding 80 °C, or soak and brush with soft fine bristles(never hard bristles). Dry naturally or in an oven at no more than 50 °C; the filter must be fully dry before reinstallation. 2. Sealing ring: Made of silicone — do not contact sharp objects. Remove carefully and clean in ultrasonic bath; dry in oven(max 120 °C) or air-dry naturally. Replace when the seal becomes hard or darkens in colour.
