Funcionamiento
Trays of nested or unnested SCF syringes index under a single ceramic plunger pump. The needle descends with the rising liquid level (anti-splash). Filling occurs under vacuum so viscous materials fill without air gaps. After filling, rubber plugs vibrated into orientation in a SUS316L bowl are placed and pressed under vacuum so the plug seats flush against the liquid surface with no friction particulates. Servo motors synchronize all motions; PLC + HMI manage parameters and alarm on faults.
