Funcionamiento
Screw feeder conveys powder into the hopper → the indexing plate rotates cans to the filling station → the stepper-motor-driven auger dispenses powder into the can in a set number of pulses → the integrated electronic scale weighs in real time and auto-corrects filling errors → the indexing plate rotates the filled can out. Material level is monitored by the screw feeder, which auto-refills on low level. Can be integrated into a complete line with the SED-4XG-M fully-automatic capper (≤5,400 bottles/hr).
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Screw feeder conveys powder into the hopper → the indexing plate rotates cans to the filling station → the stepper-motor-driven auger dispenses powder into the can in a set number of pulses → the integrated electronic scale weighs in real time and auto-corrects filling errors → the indexing plate rotates the filled can out.
