Screw feeder conveys powder into the hopper→ the indexing plate rotates cans to the filling station→ the stepper-motor-driven auger dispenses powder into the can in a set number of pulses→ the integrated electronic scale weighs in real time and auto-corrects filling errors→ the indexing plate rotates the filled can out. Material level is monitored by the screw feeder, which auto-refills on low level. Can be integrated into a complete line with the SED-4XG-M fully-automatic capper(≤5,400 bottles/hr).
