Funcionamiento
The screw feeder (150 L large hopper, Φ102 mm tube) lifts powder up to the filling machine hopper. Under PLC control, a servo/stepper motor drives the single-head auger to discharge powder into the can for a set number of pulses. A photoelectric sensor detects bottle presence (no bottle = no fill). After filling, the can travels via conveyor to the seaming station (seamer: 35–60 cans/min), then to the capping station (capper: 35–50 cans/min).
Proceso de funcionamiento
1The screw feeder (150 L large hopper, Φ102 mm tube) lifts powder up to the filling machine hopper.
2Under PLC control, a servo/stepper motor drives the single-head auger to discharge powder into the can for a set number of pulses.
3A photoelectric sensor detects bottle presence (no bottle = no fill).
