Funcionamiento
Material is loaded into the hopper (~1.8 L). A vibrating feeder with stepless speed adjustment disperses pieces into the rotary counting head. As each piece passes the infrared/photoelectric sensor (with anti-light-interference protection), it is counted. When the preset count is reached, a baffle releases the batch into the bottle. The machine then automatically pauses; the operator removes the filled bottle and places the next to resume the cycle. Built-in dust cleaner keeps the optical sensor clean.
Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Hopper, rotary counter wheel, and discharge spout can be removed for cleaning. Wipe stainless steel surfaces between batches. Clean photoelectric sensor lens periodically; built-in dust cleaner reduces buildup but should be inspected regularly.
