SED-1BS — SED-1BS Desktop Semi-Automatic Electronic Counting Machine

Material is loaded into the hopper(~1.8 L). A vibrating feeder with stepless speed adjustment disperses pieces into the rotary counting head. As each piece passes the infrared/photoelectric sensor(with anti-light-interference protection), it is counted. When the preset count is reached, a baffle releases the batch into the bottle. The machine then automatically pauses; the operator removes the filled bottle and places the next to resume the cycle. Built-in dust cleaner keeps the optical sensor clean.
