Funcionamiento
Under vacuum, water boiling point is lowered (e.g. 40°C at 7.37 kPa). Microwave radiation at 2450 MHz heats materials simultaneously from inside and outside — energy penetrates and decays exponentially, converting to heat. The system comprises a microwave generator, vacuum drying chamber, material rotating tray, vacuum system, and electronic control system. Microwaves are fed in from both left and right sides of the unit to ensure uniform heating. Magnetrons are air-cooled; a far-infrared probe monitors temperature in real time.
