SED-16SX — SED-16SX 16-Channel Electronic Counting Machine

Three-stage vibration feed + 16-channel photoelectric counter: 1) Hopper releases loose tablets/capsules/pills onto a 3-stage electromagnetic vibration corrugated plate. Vibration controllers (SDVC34-MR) use closed-loop vibration sensors to maintain stable frequency, eliminating product overlap. 2) The 3-stage cascade spreads pieces apart and distributes them across 16 parallel inclined channels. 3) Each channel has an infrared photoelectric counting head (e.g., IMS Shark series) with anti-dust dynamic compensation — sensitivity adjusts as dust accumulates and triggers high-pressure dust-removal cycle on threshold. 4) PLC counts each detected piece per channel; when set count reached, the per-channel small gate (16x SMC CJ2KB16-40Z cylinders + MAC 44C high-speed solenoid) closes; an inclined middle pre-store gate holds the count then opens to drop into the waiting bottle. 5) Bottle-presence photo eyes inhibit drop on missing bottle. 6) Discharge transition advances the filled bottle and indexes the next empty bottle into position.
