Process: auto tube feeding (hopper, ~200 tubes/box) → tube pressed into tube holder → auto tube-end marker reading (SICK color sensor + dual servos) → auto dual SS304 reciprocating piston-pump filling (anti-drip + end-cap + air-blow) → Leister inner-heating head inserted into tube for 360° internal heating → tail shaping and sealing (date printing simultaneously) → cooling → tail trimming → product output. 38 tube holders on synchronous belt.
