Process: auto tube feeding(hopper,~200 tubes/box) → tube pressed into tube holder→ auto tube-end marker reading(SICK color sensor + dual servos) → auto dual SS304 reciprocating piston-pump filling(anti-drip + end-cap + air-blow) → Leister inner-heating head inserted into tube for 360° internal heating→ tail shaping and sealing(date printing simultaneously) → cooling→ tail trimming→ product output. 38 tube holders on synchronous belt.
