Funcionamiento
Heat-pump-based drying with top-blow forward circulation: heat-pump main unit produces hot dry air which is blown from the top through the supply circulation fan into the drying room over the loaded carts/trays. Saturated air returns from the bottom via return duct to the main unit, where moisture is condensed and removed by the dehumid fan; air is reheated and recirculated. Motorized damper regulates make-up/exhaust air. Closed-loop heat-pump operation gives low energy consumption (15 kWh/h) versus direct heating.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Heat-pump-based drying with top-blow forward circulation: heat-pump main unit produces hot dry air which is blown from the top through the supply circulation fan into the drying room over the loaded carts/trays.
2Saturated air returns from the bottom via return duct to the main unit, where moisture is condensed and removed by the dehumid fan; air is reheated and recirculated.
3Motorized damper regulates make-up/exhaust air.
