Funcionamiento
A hydraulic dual-pump system pressurises the upper and lower oil cylinders to drive the upper punch downward into the die. A secondary ejection cylinder handles material loading. The PLC-controlled touchscreen allows constant-pressure (with pressure-hold and auto-return) or constant-stroke forming. Hydraulic oil (46# anti-wear grade) is filtered to 20 micron before entering the circuit. System pressure is regulated by an electromagnetic relief valve.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Pre-production: wipe machine exterior with clean damp cloth; wipe interior with clean cloth; clean hopper with clean cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside and outside with clean damp cloth; re-clean hopper with 75% industrial alcohol. Check and clean electrical cabinet weekly. Retighten all terminal blocks weekly.
