Funcionamiento
Tablet cores tumble in a closed perforated rotating drum (2–18 rpm) under negative pressure. Coating slurry is atomized by IWATA WA-101 spray guns (3 pcs) onto the tablet bed. Hot filtered air (room temperature to 80 °C, three-stage HEPA) is supplied through the drum and extracted by explosion-proof exhaust fan, rapidly drying the coating film. The entire process — temperature, speed, negative pressure, spray rate — is controlled by Siemens PLC with touch-screen display. CIP cycle automatically cleans drum, exhaust port, drip tray, and drum exterior via 7–8 rotating spray balls.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Tablet cores tumble in a closed perforated rotating drum (2–18 rpm) under negative pressure.
2Coating slurry is atomized by IWATA WA-101 spray guns (3 pcs) onto the tablet bed.
3Hot filtered air (room temperature to 80 °C, three-stage HEPA) is supplied through the drum and extracted by explosion-proof exhaust fan, rapidly drying the coating film.
