Funcionamiento

Mechanical transmission drives an S-type (single-S) stirrer rotating inside a U-/groove-shaped drum. The stirrer pushes material back and forth along the drum to achieve uniform mixing of major and minor components. After mixing, the drum is tilted approximately 45 degrees and the discharge motor empties the contents through the discharge port.

Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Pre-production: wipe outer/inner surfaces with clean wet towel; wipe material cylinder with clean towel then 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside and outside with wet towel; wipe cylinder with towel then 75% industrial alcohol for sterilization.
