Funcionamiento
Three-pot vacuum emulsification: water phase and oil phase pre-heated and stirred separately in auxiliary pots, then transferred under vacuum to main emulsifying pot where dual-directional frame-type scraper agitator (0–65 rpm) and bottom-mounted high-shear homogenizer (up to 2800–2900 rpm) emulsify the mix. Hydraulic two-column lift opens main pot lid; bottom 2.5" SS ball valve discharges by tilt or pump-out.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Three-pot vacuum emulsification: water phase and oil phase pre-heated and stirred separately in auxiliary pots, then transferred under vacuum to main emulsifying pot where dual-directional frame-type scraper agitator (0–65 rpm) and bottom-mounted high-shear homogenizer (up to 2800–2900 rpm) emulsify the mix.
2Hydraulic two-column lift opens main pot lid; bottom 2.5" SS ball valve discharges by tilt or pump-out.
